• While your account/subscription with us is active: your contact details, purchase history, and mailing list subscription are kept for as long as you remain subscribed or your account is active.
• If you unsubscribe: we stop sending you emails, but may retain minimal records as required for legal or accounting purposes.
• Kajabi platform retention: if we ever cancel or terminate our Kajabi account, customer details and site data are retained by Kajabi for 90 days afterward (with reminder notices at 14 and 7 days before deletion), after which all data is permanently deleted.
